Hello, my name is Shane and my wife and partner is Andrea, together we work for you based on the belief that your needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and referrals. Strength and Honor Athletics is more than a gym. It's a community of people pursuing excellencein all areas of life with a focus on fitness.

We offer Fitness Classes (schedule below) & 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions(*Will no longer accept the GROUPON PRICE*). 

First MONTH 3 days a week only 30$ - Newbies ONLY! 

Our Fitness Classes are like getting a personal training session in a group setting. Basically more bang for your buck. 1 on 1 which runs $35 an hour (20 sessions for 300$)

Drop in Rate is $5 per class.

Membership Rates :  $110. a month.  Couples Rate $155. a month. 3 x a week $70. a month. *Service Men and Women $75. a month (No contract  however we do auto-draft with ability to cancel at any time)

Teen Athlete Off Season and During Season After School Program. $5 per class. Please Call Ahead for this Class.

USA Weightlifting Coach Joseph Robles - Full Weightlifting training is $100 a month for new members (Not Include Access to Classes - Separate Membership is needed), weightlifting programming includes mobility and accessory work. $40 a month for one on one time focusing on any area of lifts for current membersThis Does Not Include Access to Classes - Separate Membership is needed. 

 

Physical Fitness classes offered in small structured groups to give the best to each member. If you are looking to increase your overall fitness, increase your over all quality of life or wanting to be a better athlete we are the place for you! Family atmosphere and accountability will help you achieve your goals. With that you get the benefits of a community, driven to make you better. You have accountability, creating life long friends who are working towards the same goals.

We specialize in 1 on 1 personal training for those who are looking for a more personalized fitness plan. Our 1 on 1 sessions last an hour, during this hour you will go through a warm up-cardio session and a workout. Then we will end the session by cooling down and stretching. We take the time to individualize each session to meet your specific needs. 1 on 1 which runs $35 an hour (20 sessions for 300$)
